    Micro End Mills DLC Coated Carbide for Corner Rounding

    Corner rounding end mill applicable to copper and copper alloy, and other non-ferrous.

    ● Coating material: DLC

    ● Friction coefficient: 0.05-0.1

    ● Micro hardness: 7000 HV0.05

    ● DLCcoating provides wear resistance improvement as well as avoids edge stress in various applications.


    Corner rounding end mills are suitable for a wide range of processing, especially tungsten copper, aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, copper alloys, and titanium alloys.

    The use of low coefficient of friction coating technology reduces the viscosity and provides good wear resistance.
