Carbide 4-Edge Square Milling Cutter Coated Hardened CNC Cutting Tool
Features：
1. A long reach design for deep cavities and a reduced neck diameter to avoid heeling.
2. Range of application: use for ordinary stainless steel, ordinary mould steel, hardened common steel, cast iron, copper, alloy steel with high effective process. Suitable for proces sing material with hardness below HRC55.
3. Structure of cutting tools: The sharp cutting matched with the good hardness, Arc relief angle makes the tool better wear-resistance, the flat relief angle makes the tool sharper. Cutters with two kinds of relief angles, the cutting process will be faster, and tools will have a longer life. Cross-center of the flute top makes drilling and milling better.
4. The advanced technology and equipment imported from Swithland, Japan.
5. For milling of deep groove. It is possible to mill deep grooves due to the adoption neck or a smaller shank diameter.
